I grew up with fitness always being a part of my life from an early age. My grandfather was a boxer in the military and his two sons became bodybuilders, one of them being my father. I’ve always watched or participated in his workouts: it was a part of our DNA and how we bonded.
My family predominantly all works in the medical field as well, but I wanted to help people in a different way.
The best part about training people is being a part of their journey, to better themselves whether that’s mentally or physically. When people ask me what my favorite part of training people is I always find myself struggling to answer, I’ve crossed many different paths and it’s led me too people I love and friendships that will last a lifetime. I honestly believe fitness and having a healthy lifestyle is the best thing you can do for yourself. I truly enjoy helping people get better and watching their transitions, as we all go through this journey together.
I will forever call UGI home, I have been here since the start in 2017! And I love the community that UGI has become over the years!
