My name is Kait- KP for short.
My love for health and fitness has existed for as long as I can remember. As a kid I was super active, played sports all the time, and intrigued by healthful foods. At the beginning of 2020, I found myself increasingly less interested in my 9-5 desk job and wanting to pour myself into the health and wellness world. It was a big leap of faith, but by the end of 2020 I was able to leave my desk job and become a full-time personal trainer. I couldn't be any more please with my decision!
My training style is more functional based and built to get you in the best shape all around. We will focus on all the components of fitness from heart health to strength to flexibility, etc. The goal is longevity- teaching you how to live longer, healthier, and happier!
The best part about training is seeing all the hard work put in really come to life! When my clients hit their goals, when they begin to really believe in themselves, and healthy living truly becomes a new life style for them. That is the best part.
