Having competed in various sports growing all through out school (football, track, wrestling, etc.), I’ve always lived a physical life style and been in the gym since I was a kid.
In 2006 I got into martial arts/ combat. Starting with judo, then adding some cross training in MMA and Muay Thai. And then boxing eventually becoming my favorite.
1. What got me into training/ instructing others was my desire to not only do what I love to do on a daily basis, but also to share my passion for it with others. To help people accomplish their goals and become the best version of themselves.
2. The best part about training and instructing is seeing people grow and embrace their true potential. Helping others improve themselves mentally and physically, and realize how badass they really are, Is one of the most rewarding feelings I’ve ever felt.
3. I've worked at multiple gyms, but none of them compare to the energy and family feel at UGI. There is truly a family feel at this gym and everyone genuinely wants to help others get better. It’s amazing to see so many people from various diverse backgrounds get along so well in one place.
