My Father taught me how to lift weights at a very young age , it was something that always intrigued me. The thought that by simply training I could become a bigger , faster , stronger version of me blew my mind.
My name is Kait- KP for short. My love for health and fitness has existed for as long as I can remember. As a kid I was super active, played sports all the time, and intrigued by healthful foods. At the beginning of 2020, I found myself increasingly less interested in my 9-5 desk job and wanting to pour myself into the health and wellness world.
Stephanie first discovered yoga in 2008 when her anxiety became unmanageable. She completed her 200-hour Yoga Certification with Sara Syed in 2019 at The Studio Cleveland. Also, she has received certifications in Kids Yoga, Trauma Informed Yoga, Yoga Nidra, and Y12SR Yoga which works with addiction recovery.
Hannah was always active in sports in her youth and as a young adult. After college and getting comfortable in her career, she gained weight like many do. Being uncomfortable not only physically but mentally, she decided to get herself back in shape. After spending a couple years with no direction in fitness she found the help of others who were trainers to help create a path for herself.
I grew up with fitness always being a part of my life from an early age. My grandfather was a boxer in the military and his two sons became bodybuilders, one of them being my father. I’ve always watched or participated in his workouts: it was a part of our DNA and how we bonded.
My family predominantly all works in the medical field as well, but I wanted to help people in a different way.
Having competed in various sports growing all through out school (football, track, wrestling, etc.), I’ve always lived a physical life style and been in the gym since I was a kid.
Hello my name is Nick "Ragu" Rogowski. I spent many years of my life stuck like many people do nowadays. Out of shape, unhealthy, with no end game or plan in site. Something had to change as I got up in weight as high as 365lbs, pre diabetic, and on all kinds of meds.
